01 Introduction & General Terms

By using the jetace website or mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jetace and its users.

Jetace is a Curacao eGaming licensed online betting and lottery platform. We operate in compliance with international gaming laws and regulations, and are committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent environment for all users.

Jetace reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance via their registered email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register and use jetace's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Jetace may request identity documents, photos, or other supporting materials for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

After registration, jetace reserves the right to verify your information. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete, particularly for large withdrawals.

03 Betting & Lottery Rules

Participation in betting and lottery activities on jetace is subject to specific rules that apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the match or event is cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded to the user's account.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, jetace reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Results will be announced immediately after each draw is completed.
• Jetace sets the maximum bet amount for any given event, and this limit is subject to change.
• If fraud or manipulation is detected, the relevant bet will be voided and the account will be suspended.

For all sports events, the official result issued by the relevant international sports authority is considered final. In the event of a dispute, jetace's decision is final.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on jetace are simple, fast, and secure. That said, all users are required to follow certain rules that apply across the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳50 (fifty BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes, though delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to bank or mobile operator load.
• It is recommended that your withdrawal method match your deposit method.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT). For larger amounts, please contact our support team.
• Transactions will be suspended and investigated if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.

Jetace does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jetace bonuses and promotional offers create additional opportunities for users. However, each bonus carries specific terms — failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in the terms of each promotion.
• A minimum odds requirement applies to bets placed with bonus funds. Bets placed at odds below 1.5 will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days.

Jetace reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Users will be notified in advance if the terms of an ongoing bonus change.

06 Responsible Gaming

Jetace believes that betting and lottery are forms of entertainment, not a means of financial gain. We place responsible gaming at the top of our priorities and remain mindful of every user's mental and financial well-being.

• Each user can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits directly from their account.
• Users may temporarily suspend their account for a set period of time.
• If a user believes they are struggling with gaming addiction, they may request a permanent self-exclusion.
• No promotional communications will be sent while self-exclusion is active.

Jetace has implemented various technical measures to protect minors. Age verification is mandatory, and additional checks are carried out in cases where there is reasonable doubt.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Jetace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected.
• If a bonus or promotion is misused.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Users may also request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before closure, and any valid remaining balance will be returned.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

09 Dispute Resolution

When a dispute arises between jetace and a user, we always seek to resolve it through friendly discussion first. The dispute resolution process is outlined below:

• Please contact our customer support team first. Most disputes are resolved within 24 hours.
• If your issue is not resolved by customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to our disputes department.
• For complex cases, an appeal may be submitted to the Curacao eGaming authority.
• English terms and Curacao law shall apply to all disputes.

10 Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Jetace may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified at least 7 days before changes take effect. For significant changes, an email notification will also be sent.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may close your account. However, continuing to use the platform after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
